A few weeks ago, a devastating storm blew over the Kon Tum region. Unfortunately, Teresa’s orphanage was right in the middle of it and had to withstand the scary night. Teresa reported that the walls were shaking and nobody was able to sleep. To make matters worse, a substantial part of the dormitory’s roof was taken by the wind, leaving it open to the rain and the cold. Understandably, the kids were terrified and could only wait for the storm to be over, as the cold kept them from sleeping due to the lack of warm blankets. The next day, Teresa’s husband Nguyên tried to mount the roof back in its place but could only create a provisional solution. Hopefully, the new dormitory can be built sturdier and safer so everyone can sleep at night!
