Hey, it’s my birthday today! 😊
I wanted to use my twentieth birthday this year as an opportunity to raise money for an orphanage in Vietnam, Kon Tum, which is currently housing 63 children.
Little Big Dreams e.v. is a non-profit organization I volunteer for, which – through various schemes – attempts to nurture these children into self-sufficient individuals while trying to support them with basic facilities such as bicycles for transportation to their school. These are immensely important facilities as the children grow up under difficult and, sometimes, quite destructive circumstances.
The orphanage has already developed remarkably over the past months. Bathrooms and a new sleeping dormitory were built, so children have comfortable sleeping quarters when initially some of the children had to sleep outside. In line with its aim to foster self-sufficiency, Little Big Dreams e.V. collected funds to provide the orphanage with a bakery to bake bread for all the residents and the plantation of fruit trees.
The orphanage has a bright vision for the future, and Little Big Dreams e.V. wants to help see it fulfilled, which is why I would be immensely grateful to you all if you would consider donating something to the cause! And remember, small or big, every contribution is valued!
For any questions about the orphanage or Little Big Dreams e.v., please don’t hesitate to ask.
