Join us on the night of the 6th for a relaxing and meditative mindfulness night!
We would love for you to be part of this night! All there is to do is to follow a zoom invitation link that will be posted on the day of the event!
The night will be hosted by two mindfulness teachers, Marina and Laura, who will guide you through different perspectives on the topic of mindfulness as well as allowing you to experience mindfulness yourself in two amazing meditations. The two amazing teachers will also talk about psychology, the biology of kindness, and how you can have a happier and more meaningful life using your emotions as helpful tools.
Who is teaching the workshop?
Laura (@282.laura) is a practicing psychologist with non-trivial solutions to your non-trivial life situations.
Marina teaches happiness focused yoga at @yoga_with_marina.
Especially during these days of social isolation, worries, too much Netflix, and uncertainty, practicing mindfulness can help one to come at ease.
